Order Fulfillment
Rayhan will take "Full Responsibility" of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any city, where we used "Private Courier Companies" (eg. Blue Dart, Fedex, Aramex, DTDC, DHL etc) that services your pincode to ship your order.

Order Cancellation
Request for cancellations of orders once placed on shall be entertained only if your order hasn't already been dispatched.
if order cancelled at the time of delivery, the package will be marked as RTO, will returned to origin by courier partner. then we will initiate refund to your account. (Note. Shipping fee cannot be refunded.!)
Incorrect Pricing
Rayhan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
Delayed Delivery
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Rayhan for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
