Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our perfumes and attars. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken during transit, or if you received the incorrect fragrance, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 95662 84128 or email contact@rayhan.in within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video. We will dispatch a free replacement or initiate a full refund on the next working day.

Hygiene & Personal Care

Because attars and perfumes are personal-care cosmetics applied directly to the skin, we cannot accept returns once opened or tested for reasons of personal scent preference. We recommend starting with our 3ml or 6ml roll-ons to test new fragrances.
